You can pay your Progress Energy bill over the phone or via the Internet with EasyPay, a convenient payment option through a third-party vendor, EasyPay - Powered by Siebel.

EasyPay is Convenient
To make a payment with EasyPay, visit https://pefeasypay.siebel.com/easypay/ or call toll-free 866-374-5376. The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can use electronic checks, Visa or MasterCard.  All you need is your Progress Energy account number and mailing zip code and a bank account, credit or debit card number.  The payment plus a $5.95 convenience fee, charged by EasyPay, will be reflected on your banking or credit card statement.

EasyPay is Safe
You give out no more information than you do every time you use a regular paper check or order something with a credit card.

EasyPay is Quick
With EasyPay, you don't have to worry about your payment being delayed in the mail.  Payments are posted periodically throughout the business day and those submitted prior to 4:15 p.m. are posted to your Progress Energy account on the same business day.  Payments submitted after 4:15 p.m. are posted the next business day.
