Step 4: Construct Facilities and Send Certificate of Completion to Utility

Once the Interconnection Request is reviewed and accepted, Progress Energy will issue approval of the interconnection (contingent upon “Terms and Conditions” in the NC 10kW Inverter Process).  The customer may then proceed to construct generating facilities. Upon completion of construction and successful inspection by appropriate local authorities, the customer returns the “Certificate of Completion” to Progress Energy.
