Once the prerequisites in the above steps are satisfied, Progress Energy will proceed with establishing retail service under the Progress Energy's Residential Service Time-of-Use (R-TOUD) or Small General Service Time-of-Use (SGS-TOU) Schedules. Additionally, the terms and conditions for the Net Metering renewable generator are established within the Net Metering Rider. Below are links to each of the respective rates and riders.
