Once the prerequisites in the above steps are satisfied, Progress Energy will proceed with establishing retail service under the applicable North Carolina Rate Schedules. Additionally, the terms and conditions for the Net Metering renewable generator are established within the Net Metering Rider. Below are links to each of the respective rates and riders.
