Progress Energy offers homeowners a flexible, affordable way to conserve energy, save money and add value to their property.

Our Energy Efficient Financing Program offers market based interest financing to help customers purchase heating and cooling systems, storm windows and doors, insulation and other energy-saving home improvements. You add value to your home - and save money on your energy bill.

The program - which offers fixed rate financing for qualifying homeowners - features:

• loans up to $20,000
• up to 10 years to repay
• no collateral needed
• no closing costs or extra fees

The Energy Efficiency Financing Program is backed by Fannie Mae, America's leader in mortgage financing, and is administered through Volt VIEWtech, a firm that specializes in programs such as this one.
